One of the key messages is that in the teaching of the slave trade it needs to be treated as a matter that is not yet closed. On reflection two hundred years ago is not a long time in the history of a family and so fo r some people who are descendants of slaves it is still an open wound.</p>

<p><strong>Part 1: Pairing phone and macbook (if you have not done so)</strong>1   click on apple symbol top left of screen<br />
2   click on blue tooth from list of hardware (you should have a panel labelled &#8216;blue t)ooth<br />
3   click on &#8217;set up new device&#8217; (your phone should have blue tooth on and that it is discoverable)<br />
4   select the relevant device. In this case &#8216;Mobile phone&#8217;.The macbook will search for your phone.<br />
5 Your phone will respond by showing a message &#8216;pair with macbook?&#8217;.<br />
6 macbook will display a set of numbers (passkey). If you accepted the &#8216;pair with macbook&#8217; then you should enter the passkey into your phone.<br />
THIS COMPLETES the PAIRING OF YOUR PHONE AND MACBOOK.</p>
<p>Part 2: synchronising address books<br />
1  Click on bluetooth in system preferences<br />
2  Highlight your phone on the list of devices<br />
3  your phone should show message from macbook. acceptthis to continue process<br />
4  you should have a panel on the macbook <strong>&#8216;Blue tooth phone set up&#8217;</strong>. tick all boxes and <strong>click continue</strong><br />
5  A separate panel &#8216;iSync&#8217; should appear.<br />
6 click on phone (your phone type) icon<br />
7 Click on syn icon<br />
8 accept message on your phone<br />
The phone and macbook should synchronize</p>
