The reviews of the A630 are very good. It does feel slightly awkward to hold in comparison to my sony cyber-shot. but it is 8mega pixels compared to the sony’s 3.2!  I have taken three pictures which can be found on flickr ( 1 is public, the other two are private - they are merely pictures of flowers).  The A630 has many facilities- I have been through the manual. I don’t normally do this but this has been a useful exercise, just takin g the time out to read the man ual rather than guess. Setting up the flickr account was quite straight forward because I already had a yahoo account that I have not used in a long time - about a year! The good thing about yahoo accounts is that they are always ready to use and are not frozen or put in a dormant state as hotmail does. This is quite useful because i can go to the calendar and look at what I entered as far back as 2000 AD.
